“Group meditation is a castle that protects the new spiritual aspirants as well as the veteran meditators. Meditating together increases the degree of Self-realization of each member of the group by the law of invisible vibratory exchange of group magnetism.”

Guidelines for Group Meditation:
We appreciate your consideration in following these guidelines while meditating with others:
- Please arrive on time. Once the session starts, entering the hall may disturb the meditation of fellow devotees.
- Kindly switch off your mobile phone or put it on silent mode..
- If you have a cough or cold or any other condition that creates noise, please meditate in your room. If you suddenly start coughing during a group meditation, please go outside the hall to recover. You may continue meditation in your room or join the group meditation during the next chanting period.
- Similarly, if you have to step out of the meditation hall for some reason, you may join the group meditation during the next chanting period.
- You may adjust the height of your armrest before meditation begins or during a chanting session.
- Women devotees wearing bangles are requested to be careful that they do not make any noise.
- Please practise your Kriya softly so that it does not disturb others.
